Information doesn’t make us spiritual. We have to act on it. When someone asks us for help, are we quick to say yes...or no? When a difficult person shows up in our life, do we embrace him/her as someone sent to teach us something, or just another hassle to deal with? Today, think about a teaching that resonates with you. Ask yourself if you are living it. If you are not (or not as much as you can), that’s OK. Recognition is the first step.
Today’s motto: Don’t take challenging people or situations personally. See them as opportunities to NOT react. If you really want to change and become a better version of yourself, than pay attention to how you respond in difficult moments. People or circumstances aren’t the test – your lack of reaction is. Today, instead of blaming others - or yourself – focus on the grains of good and know that this proactive choice will help you climb a rung on the ladder leading to your next level.

Addiction is a revolt of the soul.
As long as you know you need to change, the light will do the rest.
The more joyous you are about embracing life’s little obstacles along the way, the greater the chances you’ll be in it for the long haul.
Too many people are shouting these days and not enough people are listening. Today, if you want someone to hear you, then whisper.
We all fall. The challenge is picking ourselves up.
